Transparency Act

Our company upholds transparency and responsibility with utmost seriousness. We strictly comply with the Transparency Act (Norwegian: Åpenhetsloven), which holds Norwegian businesses accountable for their value chains and necessitates continuous human rights due diligence evaluation. We conduct routine due diligence assessments per §4 of the Transparency Act to fulfil our obligations.

Our commitment to human rights is evident in our internal regulations, which mandate us to follow the UN Declaration of Human Rights, including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, art. 32, as well as ILO conventions no. 29, 87, 100, 105, 111, 138, and 182. Additionally, we have established ethical guidelines that emphasize our dedication to trade and human rights, which can be requested at any time.

As part of our endeavours to identify and redress any negative impacts or damages in our business, supply chain, and business relationships, we have conducted a due diligence assessment. Taking proactive actions to prevent, reduce, or halt any negative impacts is critical.
