Just before the world shut down, an Auto-Maskin engineer from Texas travelled to Paraguay to commission 2 engine control cabinets on the cargo vessel “Madeleine I” in Paraguay. The customer chose Yanmar engines and paired them with DCU 210E control cabinets manufactured by Auto-Maskin.
Due to the testing and quality checks in place when the cabinets were built the installation went smoothly. The final commissioning was completed much quicker than the customer expected. This was helped greatly by programming and finalizing the configuration on one engine, and then simply transferring it to the second engine for testing.
