The S-BC Broadcast option of the Marine Watch S Series Alarm Management system can send alarm messages wherever you want to via text or email. The unit transmits alerts from operator-selected critical alarms to several phone numbers and email addresses.
Of the total channels monitored by the Marine Watch S Series system, the operator can select which ones are to be transmitted. When the system detects an event on a selected channel, an alert containing the actual event description as text is transmitted via ethernet to the S-BC Broadcast. The message is securely broadcasted to all preprogrammed phone numbers and email addresses configured into the system.
Messages are broadcast from the installed antenna to the associated cellular network. Broadcast supports most European SIM cards, and in the US, it supports SIM cards from either AT&T or Verizon cellular carriers.
