By using appropriately configured cameras, the Marine Pro can show up to 4 views from anywhere on the ship.
The RP 210 supports one camera whereas the RP 410 supports up to four cameras.
The cameras can be sited to watch machinery spaces, gangways, moorings, cargo, security sensitive areas etc without the installation of a dedicated CCTV system.
As for all the modules in Marine Pro, simply plug the camera into the vessels ethernet system, watch the DCU configure the system appropriately via a simple “plug and play” approach, and 4 views can be displayed simultaneously on any RP connected to the network.
A simple tap of the screen makes the selected picture go to full VGA screen size for more detail and observation.
Visible light cameras are currently available and soon infra red units for use in night security, fire monitoring etc will join the Marine Pro range.
