DCU 305 A R1 / DCU 305 F R1

Marine Diesel Engine Control Unit

The DCU 305 A R1 / DCU 305 F R1 is an electronic unit for control and monitoring of diesel engines used as auxiliary or emergency gen sets. The unit was also marketed as the DCU 305 only.

It has built-in communication facilities and can be expanded with remote panels. Configuration is done with a PC software. Switches and sensors from the engine are connected to the control unit on the wire terminal card RK-60.

Different expansion modules exist to further enhance the possibilities and flexibility. The DCU 305 R1 is discontinued, but the DCU 305 R2 is a drop-in replacement.

Unfortunately, no spares are available for the DCU 305 R1.

DCU 500

Marine Diesel Engine Control Unit

The DCU 500 is an electronic unit for control and monitoring of diesel engines used as auxiliary or emergency gen sets.

The system is built up by "cards" slotted into the main unit, and certain variants of these cards can still be delivered as spares. Please inquire.

DCU 2217

Marine Diesel Engine Control Unit

The DCU 2217 is an electronic unit for control and monitoring of diesel engines used as auxiliary or emergency gen sets.

Developed in 1970 the unit is now discontinued, but spare parts can be obtained, mostly from stock. Depending on the nature of the fault, some repair is possible. Please inquire.

DCU 2700

Marine Diesel Engine Control Unit

The DCU 2700 is an electronic unit for control and monitoring of diesel engines used as auxiliary or emergency gen sets.

Note! There is an update kit with wiring instructions available for an easy transfer from 2700 to the marine type approved DCU 305 R2/R3. The DCU 305 R2/R3 fits into the same slot as the 2700 with the mounting bracket that comes with the kit.

The DCU 2700 is discontinued but some spare parts can be obtained from stock. Please inquire for spares or the update kit.

DCU 205

Marine Diesel Engine Control Unit

The DCU 205 is an electronic unit for control and monitoring of marine diesel engines used as generator sets, main propulsion engines or pumping stations.

The unit has functions such as manual start and stop, automatic start and stop, and multiple alarm- and shutdown channels. It has built-in facilities that makes it easy to interface to other control systems onboard the ship.

The unit is delivered with a separate wire terminal module which should be mounted in the same cabinet. The cable between these units has snap-on connectors, which ensure quick and easy assembly and service.
