DCU 305 A R1The DCU 305 A R1 / DCU 305 F R1 is an electronic unit for control and monitoring of diesel engines used as auxiliary or emergency gen sets.
It is classified by major societies for marine use. It has built-in communication facilities and can be expanded with remote panels.
Switches and senders from the engines are connected to the control unit on the wire terminal card RK-60.
Each project is unique, which is why the unit is customized using a configuration tool for Windows®, the Rudolf software.
Different expansion modules exist to further enhance the possibilities and flexibility.
This unit is discontinued, but the DCU 305 R2 is a drop-in replacement.

DCU 205

DCU 205The DCU 205 is an electronic unit for control and monitoring of marine diesel engines used as generator sets, main propulsion engines or pumping stations.
The unit has functions such as manual start and stop, automatic start and stop, and multiple alarm- and shutdown channels. It has built-in facilities that makes it easy to interface to other control systems onboard the ship.
The unit is delivered with a separate wire terminal module which should be mounted in the same cabinet. The cable between these units has snap-on connectors, which ensure quick and easy assembly and service.

The DCU 105 was later replaced by the DCU 205, which was a drop-in replacement.
