With the DCU range of controllers and the MarinePro modules, customers globally have come to rely upon Auto-Maskin to safely and effectively protect their investments in capital equipment.

What Auto-Maskin realised many years ago was that how the components of a system were integrated with the engine and vessel were key to completing a world class installation. So, Auto-Maskin has developed a core competency in envisioning, designing, prototyping and production building low voltage cabinets and harnessing to provide that excellence. Vessel systems today range from simple monitoring processes to complex logic requirements that are far better when integrated by one provider who takes responsibility.

Today, Auto-Maskin works with a set of customer requirements, perhaps just some general ideas that they help define to a deliverable, and then the team of dedicated engineers create a design within the ISO standards to effectively deliver those requirements.

Today, we have hundreds of designs on record, from the simplest cabinet where a customer just wanted his Auto-Maskin panel mounted, through to large complex cabinets with 100’s of inputs and outputs bridging many vessel systems. Using existing panels, custom made panels, relay logic, or PLC programming, a cost effective solution is prepared and delivered efficiently, without fuss, with the full engineering support of the Marine engineering team.

Dedicated drawings and Bill’s of Material are key deliverables, and the ability of our field qualified engineering team to assist in installation and commissioning mean Auto-Maskin provides a level of support normally only available with in-house teams. With the ability to create harnesses with dedicated handed connectors, interconnection no longer becomes the lottery of hundreds of cables being wired individually.

Additionally, with the networking & communications expertise that is contained within Auto-Maskin, both from a hardware and software perspective, integrating your new Auto-Maskin designed system into the vessel becomes simple, error free, and with the minimum of local resources required.

Many times in the past, a customer has approached us for a solution to a unique opportunity they may have. With a keen eye for detail, imaginative use of standard components, and a design flair to minimize costs and maximise operational effectiveness, Auto-Maskin has produced equipment that has delighted our customers.

Today, these skills are as fine as always and Auto-Maskin would welcome any project that challenge customers new or old and allow us to develop a turnkey solution that is just that.
