The Marine Pro 200 Series is a complete range of marine diesel engine control panels, that includes engine room panels and remote panels. Furthermore, the 200 Series is fully compatible with the 400 Series.
The DCU panels all include a USB memory interface for easy upload of a predefined configuration file. All have ethernet connectivity for
standard panel networking, and all have Modbus RTU and TCP interface for
communication purposes.
The series is targeted at electronic engines with the built-in J1939
CANbus interface. Using the optional I/O expansion capability the system
can boost any mechanical engine installation as well.
The remote panel RP 210 is configured automatically when connected to a DCU in the 200 or 400 Series.
The RIO 412 is a rugged 20-channel K-type thermocouple unit with a SAE J1939 CANbus interface. It makes accurate exhaust temperature monitoring affordable and easy.
The DCU 208 is a complete standalone engine supervision unit, without a local user interface.
It has the same connectivity and feature set as the DCU 210 but without the screen interface, and is typically used together with an RP 210 remote panel.
The RP 210 is a remote panel for the 200 Series and the 400 Series of DCU engine panels. The panel connects to the DCU or DMU using a standard ethernet cable.
When
connected, the RP 210 will update itself with the DCU/DMU configuration
automatically, so there is never a need to configure the RP 210.
The RIO 410 digital and analog expansion module is designed for use within the Marine pro system. It is compatible with DCU panels in the 200 Series and the 400 Series family.
When connected to the RIO link of the DCU, the DCU automatically recognizes it and adds it into the configuration.
The latest firmware for the DCU and RP is version 2.4 and is available
for download here. The new firmware brings new functionality and fixes
bugs.
Install the new firmware using the web-server and follow the guidelines
in the menu, or simply copy the file(s) to a USB memory stick and insert
it in the respective panel. See the manual for further details.
