RIO 412 Exhaust Temp. MonitoringP/N: 1006454
![]() It converts the temperature at each thermocouple channel into a value that can be read on the SAE J1939 CANbus address. The unit can be used stand-alone, or it can be linked easily into the DCU engine panels in the 200 or 400 Series. When linked to a DCU panel, each cylinder temperature is clearly displayed, and the DCU calculates and displays the moving average value, per bank. The DCU can of course be configured to indicate warning/alarm limits on each of the cylinder temperatures. ![]() On the left is an example screenshot from a 16-cylinder engine with 2+2 turbos, displayed in a DCU 410 engine panel. All cylinder and turbo references can be configured freely, as can min/max scale values.
